Supervision Workshop Day

Workshop on Supervision

This workshop on supervision will feature three prominent Jungian analysts, each with their own perspective and understanding of psyche and psychic process. Each of them has trained in a different country, in training institutes with different training models. The three analysts include (for full biographies follow the link):

Francesco Bisagni, who was trained at the Centro Italiano di Psicologia Analitica (CIPA) in Milan, Italy, and is now a member of the Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP) in London.

Eduardo Carvallo did his training under the guardianship of Rafael Lopez-Pedraza, a founder of Archetypal Psychology, in Venezuela and now lives and works in Bogota, Colombia.

Mark Winborn completed his training in the Inter-Regional Society of Jungian Analysts in the United States.  He lives and works in Memphis, Tennessee, and lectures regularly at the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich.
Each analyst will conduct a supervision session on a case that will be presented by one of the participants. This will then be followed by a discussion, with time for questions and exchange with the supervising analyst. This workshop will provide participants with the unique opportunity to witness three different analytical perspectives and to see how this might influence the clinical work with the cases presented.
At the end of the day, there will be a panel discussion with the three analysts where the participants will have the possibility to compare and contrast the different approaches to the analytic work, to ask questions and exchange with the analysts concerning their respective perspectives and their understanding of the analytic attitude and process. A recommended reading list will be provided well in advance of the workshop for participants.

Attendance for this workshop will be limited.  It is therefore recommended to register early.
