Michael Fordham Prize Winner 2023

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Sue Mizen is the winner of the Michael Fordham prize with her paper The Self and alien self in psyche and soma. This paper was published in the June 2022 issue and is Open Access.

The paper warranted the Fordham prize due to its presentation of unique clinical accounts, while also illustrating the theoretical intersection between analytical psychology and neuroscience. Mizen’s writing challenges the reader to integrate analytic theory and neuroscience in ways both innovative and imaginative for clinical work.
